The Story. Aladdin is a 1992 American animated comedy musical romantic fantasy adventure film by Walt Disney Pictures. Aladdin is a street urchin who spends his days stealing food from the street vendors of Agrabah. Aladdin is forced into a cave by the evil Jafar, where he finds a magic lamp and is granted three wishes. Aladdin uses his first wish to become Prince Ali in order to court Princess Jasmine of Agrabah. He finds the evil Jafar has plans for Jasmine. Can Aladdin save Jasmine and his love for her after she sees that he isn’t quite what he appears to be?
