How to Return a Rented Backdrop to Grosh’s Warehouse

Today we’re going to be talking about will calls and returns here at Grosh Backdrops & Drapery

For will-call orders, our working hours for the Indiana warehouse are from 9 AM to 4 PM. California warehouse is open from 7:30 AM to 3 PM. Please make sure you come at least half an hour before closing at both locations!

As for shipments, the most important date to remember is your return ship date. This is the last date to get those items in FedEx’s hands, so that they may return on time.

Backdrop Return Label

You will find one return label in each box you receive from Grosh, and it will be located inside the box, on one of the flaps. 

If you happen to have items from our California warehouse, as well as our Indiana warehouse, we want to make sure we get them back to the right warehouse, so please pay attention to the SKU numbers in the backdrop’s tag. 

This tag is located at one of the corners of the lower back of the backdrop. If the SKU number begins with an S or a D, it is going back to our California warehouse, if it begins with an ES or ED, it is going back to our Evansville warehouse. 

How to Know Which Label to Use?

You’ll know which label to use because it will either say Grosh Scenic Rentals Los Angeles, California, or Grosh Scenic Rentals Evansville, Indiana. 

The easiest way to return your items is to drop them off at a local FedEx facility. Just be sure to do so before that location’s last ground or express pick-up time. 

Schedule a Pick-Up

You’re welcome to schedule a pick-up with FedEx. Simply call 1800-go-FexEd, and let the live agent know that you would like to schedule a ground or express pickup. 

Ground or Express?

You will know if your packages are returning ground or express by looking at your return label. The label will either have a G for ground or an E for express. 

If you happen to misplace or lose your label, do not hesitate to call us. We’ll be happy to email you new ones. 

A Few Things to Remember!

Before shipping a backdrop, you need to properly fold and pack it. For more information, refer to our tutorial or follow the instructions video. 

Here are also a few things to remember when scheduling your pickup.

Please schedule your pick-up at least one business day in advance. It is important to remember that FedEx does not pick up from residential addresses on Mondays. 

Here are a few things they are going to ask for when scheduling that pick-up. They’re going to ask for the return track number, which is on a return label, the weight of your packages, and the number of packages you have.
