| Now that you have made reservations for your
event we need your help to complete your order. WHAT WE NEED
WITHIN 10-DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER:
- Terms & Conditions -
You are liable for our products from the time they leave
our warehouse until the time we receive them back from you. Please
read our terms and conditions carefully. View
our terms and conditions.
- Rental Payment -
In order to hold your backdrops, we require a non-refundable $50.00
prepayment per item, signed contract and terms and conditions.
If you are on account, a purchase order number is needed and must
be paid within Net 30 terms. The balance of your rental contract
must be paid in full at least 10 days prior to the date of shipment
in order to preserve your firm reservation. We accept reservation
payments by check or credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS
or DISCOVER.
- Shipping your Order -
Grosh will ship all items from either our warehouse in Hollywood, CA or Evansville, IN via 2nd Day Air with Federal Express, our preferred carrier. If you have an existing account with UPS or DHL we can ship with the carrier of your choice. We also need to know who
will receive the order (the person or shipping agent in charge)
and the exact address where they will accept the order. You are
also responsible for returning the order back to our studio by
your contract return date. Return the shipment to the appropriate warehouse for the item(s) rented shown on the label affixed to the inventory, either located at 4114 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90029 or 4631 O'Hara Drive - Suite B, Evansville, IN 47711. WARNING:
Items returned to us on our account or C.O.D. will be subject
to an additional handling charge of 20% of the shipping cost.
- Late Returns - Our
rentals are in HIGH demand. We have promised other customers these
same items for their special event. It is extremely important
that the products be returned as stated in the Rental Contract.
PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason the products are not received at the appropriate warehouse
for the item(s) rented shown on the label affixed to the inventory, either located at 4114 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90029 or 4631 O'Hara Drive - Suite B, Evansville, IN 47711.
as agreed to in the Rental Contract, you will be invoiced 30%
of the rental fee for each day late until item(s) are received
in our warehouse. In addition, any freight upgrades will be charged
to your account.
- Cancellations -
We understand that sometimes plans may change and Grosh wants
to be as flexible as possible. A reservation may be cancelled
up to 10 days prior to the scheduled shipment date without
any additional charge. HOWEVER, the $50.00 prepayment per item
used to confirm your reservation is non-refundable. If paying
under Net 30 terms, you will be billed $50.00 per item if the
order is cancelled within 10 business days of your scheduled shipment.
For any order that is cancelled two business days or less from
the scheduled ship date, you will be billed for the entire rental
amount.
